Fee Transparency

I'm aware that there are many barriers to accessing private therapy, and I do not want cost to be one of them. I try to keep my costs as low as possible and offer sliding scale spaces for those who cost may be a barrier.

The fee you pay, is not my take-home pay. I've priced my standard fee to make sure this work is sustainable for me and to ensure I can keep offering sliding-scale prices to clients who need them. Full-fee clients help make that possible.

My standard fees reflect a living wage for myself, tax, supervision costs, professional liability insurance, membership body costs, directory listings, room rental, resources, ongoing additional training and CPD (Continued Professional Development), website domain and hosting costs, ICO registration, phone number payments and secure email and practice management costs.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend a session, will incur the full session fee.

Cancellation fee is voided if session can be rescheduled within the same week.

I do understand that life can be unpredictable and so as a courtesy, I also offer one waived late fee per 6 calendar months.
